Are You at the Nats Game Today? We are!

Maybe you’re at the Nationals game today as your My Mental Health Day activity?  Maybe they’ve already shown one of the My Mental Health Day public service announcements  (click on this link and then the tile on the right side of the page to see the main MMHD PSA) on the big screen?  Make sure to keep an eye out for it.

While you’re at the game you can stop by the community desk located behind section 107 (LF area) where MHA will have great information and a friendly person to say hi until around 3pm.  Kathy McCallum, the Secretary of the Board of Directors for MHA was the first to represent MHA at the event this morning and here are some photos of the desk that she took (looks great, Kathy!):

Thanks so much, Kathy!  And many thanks to Jennifer Burton, Member of the MHA Board of Directors, who not only produced the My Mental Health Day videos and public service announcements, but who also arranged for this partnership with the Nationals!  More thanks are due to Jen and to Lori Klein who is also a Member of the MHA Board of Directors, William Taylor and Maritza Rivera Cohen (both MHA staffers) who are all helping to represent MHA at the community desk.

And, of course, we want to thank the Washington Nationals for donating a portion of the sales from tickets sold through My Mental Health Day, for showing the video at today’s game and for the opportunity to share materials at the community desk.

Now… “Play Ball!” and have a great time at the game!
